How we work
Every engagement starts with a no-obligation conversation with Doug or Stephen. We then set out the scope, timings and a fixed fee in writing before any work begins, and you keep the same partner as your point of contact throughout the year.
We work from our offices at 82 King Street in Manchester city centre and Cresta House in Wilmslow, and with clients across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

How much time would a virtual finance director spend with us?
Usually a few days a month, agreed in advance and adjusted as the business changes. You pay a fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope.
Can you work alongside our existing bookkeeper?
Yes. We often keep an in-house bookkeeper and provide the reporting, review and board-level support around them.
