What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, email or phone us, we collect the details you give us. This is usually your name, company name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us about your business and what you need.
We do not ask for sensitive information through this website. Please don’t send us financial records or identity documents through the enquiry form.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
- To prepare a proposal and engagement letter if you decide to work with us.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Our lawful basis
We use your information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our services, and, where you go on to become a client, because it is needed to take steps towards a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers who help us run the firm, and only as far as needed. These include:
- HubSpot, which provides our website enquiry form and stores the enquiries sent through it, in its European data centre.
- Microsoft, which provides our email.

How long we keep it
